I had the Ric’s signature burger and it was amazing! It was one of the best burgers I’ve tasted. The salad was fresh with an awesome house dressing that was tasty. I also had the apple pie with ice cream and it was delicious. It was sweetened perfectly. The atmosphere was soothing and comfortable. I highly recommend Ric’s Lounge & Grill!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted at the door as if they were waiting for me. What absolutely great service from Hersey the beautiful staff member. Always smiling and very attentive to all patrons. Food was tasty! No need for the gravy with mashed potatoes. Was staying at hotel down the road. Will now pick this hotel/restaurant. Perfect

We had an excellent experience overall with breakfast, dinner, afternoon and evening snacks. We were booked here with a hockey tournament and the staff and management were awesome - completely going above beyond. The meal portions were huge, the quality was delicious and the service was outstanding. I would highly recomment the Sheraton Four Points Hotel and Ric's Lounge & Grill.

Our hockey team (17 families) had an incredible experience dining at this hotel restaurant during our tournament weekend. The complimentary breakfast was great—everything was fresh, delicious, and well-stocked, providing the perfect start to our busy days. Whether it was accommodating special requests like a large team dinner or ensuring everyone was well taken care of, the staff truly made our experience exceptional. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

Drinks were delicious and the food was absolutely amazing. Big portion sizes, the food came quickly and our server was fantastic.

I've eaten here a few times during my visit. Breakfast and dinner, both very nicely done. The food was prepared right and very tasty. They have a pretty wide selection from the menu and I gave it my best to try as much as I could! The staff are the best. They are really friendly and helpful and very attentive so you want for nothing while here. The place itself is pretty cool. Open airy atmosphere with nice modern bar area and wine walls. This is a good place to check out if your bouncing around Nisku area! Thanks for the great foods!

Last week, I discovered a true gem in the city Ric’s Lounge & Grill. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm, inviting ambiance and stylish decor. The setting was perfect for a cozy, relaxing evening. I decided to try the Chef’s Special Seafood Fettuccine, and it was a standout. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the seafood fresh and flavorful, and the sauce—simply divine. Each bite was a burst of rich, savory goodness that lingered delightfully on the palate. What truly made the experience memorable was the seamless blend of exceptional food and a great atmosphere. This is the kind of place that draws you back. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning soon to explore more of their menu.

One of the best chicken pesto i have ever had. Great ambience, nice drinks. That was chef’s special. I would recommend it to my friends and family, must visit
